What kind of contract types do you offer?

Hot Desk for 99 euro (VAT included). Works 30 days starting from contract purchase day. The contract allows the member to use unfixed workplace area on the 1st floor.

Dedicated Desk for 199 euro (VAT excluded). Works 30 days starting from contract purchase day. The contract allows the member to use fixed workplace area on the 2nd and 3rd floor.

Private Office starting from 199 euro (VAT excluded) for one working place in an office. Works 30 days from purchase moment. The contract gives access for a team with specific amount of people to use their own private office.

Day Pass for 8 euro (VAT included). You can buy the contract on our website. The contract allows the member to use unfixed workplace area on the 1st floor from 11 AM till 5:00 PM.

Week Pass for Hot Desk zone for 39 euro (VAT included), allows the member to use unfixed workplace area on the 1st floor 24/7 for 7 days.

Week Pass for Dedicated Desk zone for 60 euro (VAT included), allows the member to use fixed workplace area on the 2nd and 3rd floor 24/7 for 7 days.

How can I become a People Work member?

Becoming a member of People Work is very easy. First you have to choose a type of contract that suits your needs the best.

If you choose Hot Desk register on our homepage and then come to our administrators to receive your entry card. (On working days form 11AM till 5PM).

If you choose Dedicated Desk or Private Office, first you should come over to choose your preferable workplace, then we will sign a contract with you in your presence.

Can I pay for services at the reception in cash or with bank card?

Paying in cash or with bank card at Coworking is impossible.

How do I enter coworking building after administration working hours?

You can enter using special entry pass given by our administrator, that you will receive when the payment for the services will be done.

I want to become a Hotdesk member. What do I have to do?

Everything is simple! You’ll need your bank card added to your profile to make a purchase in our homepage, then 99 euros will be charged from your bank account every 30 days from the contract signing day. If you change your mind and want to cancel the membership, contact our administrator 10 days before next invoice!

I want to become a Dedicated Desk or Private Office member. What do I have to do?

Come and visit us! Together we’ll choose your preferable workplace or office according to your needs. After that we’ll sign the contract.

Is there a deposit?

No, there is no deposit.

I have done registration on the homepage and signed the contract. What should I do next?

You’ll need special entry card to access the coworking 24/7. They are given by our administrators every working day from 11AM till 5:00PM. Add photo to your profile on our homepage, then administrator will print out your card, which will give you the access to our centre.

Is it safe to enter my personal details and information about my bank card when purchasing?

It is safe, People Work automatically charges specific amount of money (the one that you have agreed on on your contract) from your bank account, but People Work does not collect data about your bank card.

I want to register my legal adress at People Work. What do I need to do that?

Contact our administrator to fill the forms and prepare the documents. For this, you will receive additional bill for 24,99 euro (VAT included) in your profile every month.

What is the working time?

People Work is opened 24/7 for its members.

Administrators works on working days 9AM-6:30PM, excluding celebration days.

Why there are cameras in the coworking?

We have set the cameras just for your own safety and it is legal.

Im affraid of the security of my personal belongings. What should I do?

You can rent a locker that can be opened only with your entry card for 6,99 euro per month (VAT included). Our administratos will reprogramm your entry card and add a bill to your profile.

How do I book the meeting room?

You need to enter your profile, select section ‘’Booking’’, choose your preferable meeting room  and make the reservation for needed date and time.

We are kindly asking to cancel the booking in case if your plans have changed or have been canceled, so other members can use the meeting room.
